Three Witches

On the Halloween night the first witch said to the second witch: "I have twice as many candies as you have." The second witch looked at the third witch and said: "And I have 3 more candies than you." The third witch was sad. She said: "And I've got only 2 candies." How many candies did each of them have? Q1. The first witch? Q2. The second witch? Q3. The third witch?

THIRD WITCH HAS 2 CANDIES. SECOND WITCH HAS 3 MORE CANDIES THAN THIRD WITCH.3+2=5 FIRST WITCH SAID SHE HAS TWICER CANDIES THAN SECOND WITCH. SECOND WITCH HAS 5 CANDIES THEREFORE FIRST WITCH HAS 5+5=10 CANDIES.

The third witch told us she had 2, the second said she had 3 more so I added 2 + 3 and answered 5. Then multiplied 2 x 5 since the first witch said she had twice as many and answered 10.

The 3rd witch admitted that she had only 2 candies. The 2nd witch has 3 more than 3rd witch. i.e. 2+3 = 5 candies The first witch has twice as 2nd witch i.e. 5+5 = 10 candies

The third witch has 2 ,the second witch has 3 more than the third so it's five. The first witch has double than the second witch so it eqauls 10.
