VERRY COMPLICATED...first knight A goes
across with his lady, drops her off, then the knight rows back to
the other side.
Knight A gets out of the
boat and knight B gets into the boat with his lady and then rows to
the other side.
Knight B drops his lady off,
then rows back, exits the boat and knight C enters the boat with his
lady. He goes to the otherside, drops his lady off and rows back.
All of the ladys are now on the other side.
Knight A enters the boat
with knight C still in it. They row to the other side and knight A
gets out. Knight C then rows back, picks up knight B and brings him
to the other side. They are now all on the other side.

This one is lengthy, but worthwile reading..
Jeromy Campbell from United States, ME
In order to cross the river #1-3 of the ladies would have to become
engaged with knight #1. This will then leave knights #2-3 to cross
the river. knight #3 will come back to become engaged with lady #1.
Once knight #3 reached the shore lady #1 dumps knight #3 for knight
#2. Knight #3 then goes back and pcikes up lady #2. Knight #3 then
brings her to the shore just to get dumped as she goes for knight
#2. Knight #3 goes back and gets engaged with lady #3. As they reach
the shore lady #3 also falls for knight #2 so knight #3 goes to get
knight #1. When Knights #1 and #2 reach the shore ladies #1 and #3
dump knight #2. lady #1 goes to knight #1 and lady #3 goes to knight
#3. Now all of the knights are back with their ladies and across the
river. What a chaotic relationship they have!

Two knights could cross the river. One knight could
return and wait with the others while the other knight went to find
a bigger boat.

Drag the ladies in the water while
rowing... It might be a bit painful, but since she can't row, it would
be o.k.
