If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this agreement, do
not click " I Agree" button and do not access and use The Beginning
Readers Course, referred in the text as The BRC.
Amendment
Dositey Corporation reserves the right to amend this Agreement
at any time.
The 30 days advance written notice will be sent to you via email or
other reasonable means, of any material changes to this Agreement.
Use of The BRC
By purchasing The Beginning Readers Course you as a guardian or
instructor and one student are entitled to unlimited access to
The BRC for a period of 24 months effective from the date of purchase of The BRC. You will be notifyed by email when your license experis in 24 months. At that point you may choose to renew your license for The BRC.
You will be informed about any changes to your user status regarding
the use of The BRC via email you provided at the time of the purchase.
The term of this Agreement will start on the date you accept this
agreement.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time, except that you will
not be entitled to a refund fees.
You and a student can access The BRC with your login information,
consisting of your and student's username and password. Please keep
your and student's username and password confidential and do not share
it with third parties. You will be held responsible for all the activities
that occur under your username and password regardless of whether
you are the person who took such actions.
Ownership
All rights, title and interest, including all copyrights, patents,
trademarks, trade secrets and all other proprietary and intellectual
property rights in existence or arising in the future regarding The
BRC shall remain in Dositey Corporation and you shall not acquire any
interest therein, except as expressly provided in this Agreement.
Disclaimer Regarding Specific Results
The BRC is designed as a tool to help young students in improving
their reading skills.
Since every child learns differently Dositey Corporation cannot guarantee
particular results from the use of The BRC.
Disclaimer Regarding Internet Service
Your connection to the Internet is controlled by the third party Internet
service providers over whom Dositey Corporation has no control. Dositey
Corporation is not responsible if your attempt to access The BRC fails
because your Internet service is disrupted.
In addition, while Dositey Corporation makes a reasonable efforts to comply
with industry standards with respect to its security systems, Dositey
corporation cannot and does not guarantee that your use of The BRC and
the storage of the information on its servers will be absolutely secure
and without compromise to security systems.
Dositey Privacy Policy
If you are purchasing Dositey products, you are required to register
with your full name and email address. None of your personal information
will be posted, sold, rented, or traded to third parties.
You will have to create a profile for the student. Only the student's
first name is required for this purpose. This information will not
be posted, sold, rented, or traded to third parties.
Websitebilling.com is an authorized reseller of the Dositey products.
The personal information you submit to Websitebilling is subject to
Websitebilling's terms of use and privacy policy.
Release of Liability
Dositey.com does not in any way guarantee that the products or materials
on the Web site are free of problems or viruses or that any defects will
be corrected. Dositey.com is not responsible for any harm that comes to
you, your computer or to your property from your use of The BRC.
Parent's or Instructor's Consent
I certify that I am over the age of 18 and the legal guardian, parent
or instructor to the child I am registering to use The BRC.
All claims about The BRC and Dositey Website shall be governed by the
laws of the State of Massachusetts.
