Sales Reps Wanted

Dositey.com is a successful Web site, ranked in the top 100,000 Web sites globally. We provide highest quality Internet based lessons, courses, exercises, worksheets and other critical thinking activities for K-8 students.

Our programs are designed to be short, step-by-step, interactive and fun, thus ensuring that kids stay focused and learn efficiently. Web site is owned by Dositey Corporation, founded in 1998 and based in Boston, MA. Check us out at:  Dositey - About Us.

Our products generate a lot of interest among individual teachers and parents, but we need to increase our reach to institutions, such as schools and libraries. We are opening a commission-based sales rep program to help us achieve that goal.

What products are available for sale?

Currently, our focus is on Math and Language Art programs for grades K-2, while development for grades 3-8 is underway.

There are three bundled products we want to offer to schools and libraries:

• K-2 Math
• K-2 Language Arts
• K-2 Comprehensive

These products are not available through the website, they will be sold exclusively by our sales reps.

Each of these products is a collection of internet-based interactive lessons, practice programs and printable worksheets. Products are subscription based and renewable annually.

How does the Dositey sales program work?

Sales program is targeting schools, both public and private, and libraries. We pay on a straight commission basis. Salespeople get credit if both of these conditions occur:

• The salesperson created an account and did a demonstration to a client (as evidenced by assigning a demo licenses to the client's account)
• The school or library purchased the product under that demo license

Once you have sold a product to an institutional client, you will receive commission for any new classroom license or existing license renewal purchased by that institution, as long as you are registered as our sales representative.

While your focus as our sales rep should be to sell bundled products, you will be able to sell any type of school license (single classroom, computer lab, school/library, district wide) for any of the individual products as well.

Sales Prices and Commissions

List prices shown in our online Products & Offerings catalogue are for single classroom use only. List prices for labs, schools, libraries and school districts are suggested as multiples of the single classroom list price. These prices will be shown to the clients by the salesperson, while at the same time salesperson is authorized to offer a reasonable discount to the list price.

The commission that we offer is 25% of the final sales price.

Online Sales Management Tools

Dositey provides basic online sales management tools. Once you sign up for Dositey sales rep program:

• You will get your unique Salesperson ID
• You will be able to create and edit your contact information
• You will be able to create accounts for your prospective clients
• You will be able to assign demo products to your clients
• You will be able to prepare proposals for your clients
• You will be able to close the deal by submitting a proposal to your clients via the website
• When you close a deal, your client is permanently linked with your unique Salesperson ID, so that every time the client renews the subscription or purchases another institutional type license you will receive a commission

Is training provided?

There is no formal training because the whole process is meant to be fairly simple.

We expect you to have a basic familiarity with K-8 Math and Language Arts curriculum requirements, but you do not have to be an educational expert or have previous sales experience. Professionalism, integrity and, most of all, passion for helping students and educators succeed is of paramount importance.

We are just starting our sales rep program and we are committed to offering any assistance you may need in facilitating the sales process. We are a small company and you will have direct access to principals.
